Software giant, Microsoft Corporation on Monday integrated the technology behind ChatGPT with its Power Platform, allowing users to develop applications with little or no coding, which is the latest integration of artificial intelligence into its products.
The incorporation of generative AI, a technology that has garnered prominence for its capacity to produce text responses to inquiries that are human-like, into big tech companies’ products is accelerating, from Alphabet Inc. to Baidu Inc.
Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder, and other business intelligence and app development tools were updated with the new features, according to Microsoft.
In order to provide summaries of weekly reports and client inquiries, Power Virtual Agent, a solution for businesses to create chatbots, can now link to internal company resources.
Also, Microsoft has improved Dynamics 365, a platform for managing enterprises, and AI Builder, which enables companies to automate tasks.
The software behemoth updated its Edge browser and Bing search engine with OpenAI’s ChatGPT last month.
The feature is available in the United States.
